The Triathlon Ukraine team, a joint project of Run Ukraine and the Sapik Team triathlon team, opens registration for the second charity virtual triathlon competition — Triathlon Support Ukraine online 2.0.
Today, training is not just a regular routine to maintain physical fitness, it is a new opportunity to help and save someone’s life. This is how we create a new Ukraine and our future together.
Triathlon Support Ukraine online 2.0 is a competition where each participant individually or in a team overcomes (swims, bikes, runs) the maximum number of kilometers in order to take the highest place in the ranking. Anyone can join anywhere in Ukraine and the world.
Participation in virtual charity competitions will help little Ukrainians: 50% of the amount of each registration payment will be transferred to the purchase of a modern phototherapy lamp for newborns for the Kharkiv Perinatal Center. Now 72% of the required amount has already been collected, 36 756 UAH remaining.
Participants will have access to a private Telegram chat with useful tips, where they can communicate with like-minded people, share their results and experiences. Three triathlon lectures are also planned for the participants. Each competitor will receive an electronic finisher’s medal.
Registration lasts from July 6 to 24. The competition is held from July 18 to August 7, 2022.

Triathlon Ukraine is a joint project of Run Ukraine and Sapik Team triathlon team. In 2021, Triathlon Ukraine held its first season, which consisted of four large-scale starts.
Sapik Team is a triathlon club co-founded by three-time Olympic participant Danilo Sapunov.
